Where does Pelyah deliver?
We ship worldwide. Some products may not be available in all countries
When will my order be shipped?
Items are "made to order", so it takes 1-5 business days to ship an order. As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, it will depend on the shipping company's delivery time. Some of our products are individually wrapped to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Products that we can ship separately are hats, caps, fanny packs, blankets, shoes, and flip flops.
What about shipping costs?
You will be able to see the shipping costs at checkout.
Please note that some countries may apply customs fees or import taxes. In this case, we are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country. If you have any questions or concerns regarding customs fees or import taxes, please contact your local customs office for more information.
What should I do if an item I ordered arrives damaged?
In this case, contact us as soon as possible. We will find a solution!
What if my item is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you provide an incorrect shipping address.
What is your return policy?
Our refund and return policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have passed since you received your product, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. As our orders are made in a personalized way at the time of purchase, we only accept returns in case of manufacturing defect or if you receive a product that you did not order. ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FOR OTHER REASONS. If you have any questions about size, fit or fabric, please contact us before placing your order.
Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided:
1. The supply of goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
